They offer a wide variety of classes and workshops quarterly in various book arts topics including content creation, printing, and book binding - from beginner through master levels. In addition, SCBA, in partnership with the Seattle Public Library, presents free community programs for kids, teens, and families demonstrating book arts as a powerful medium of self-expression and an opportunity for developing literacy. This is their fourth Wayzgoose!
* wayzgoose: The name of the annual feast give by a master printer for the staff of the press. In modern parlance, it is an annual gathering of printers. The word is of obscure origin.
