I was a flight attendant up until COVID happened - this book captures all the accurate details of the day-to-day and idiosyncrasies of doing that job which was enjoyable for me to look back on. This book grabbed me in the very first chapter and did not let go. Salh does an incredible job of transporting the reader to her youth in Somalia with a poignant mixture of honesty and reminiscence for pre-war Somali culture. [Kate]
