Join us as we celebrate the release of Brendan McBreen's first book of poetry, Cosmic Egg (MoonPath Press). Brendan's poetry ranges from the physics of deepest space to inner struggles of identity and depression. Within the Cosmic Egg past, present, and future, the possible and impossible, the abstract and real collide in improbable poetic harmony. Brendan will host a writing workshop from 1-2 pm, followed by readings by himself and other MoonPath authors, including Cindy Hutchings (Tree Talk), Michael Magee (Cinders of Our Better Angels), Tim Sherry (One of Seven Billion), Risa Denenberg (book forthcoming 2018), and James Rodgers (book forthcoming 2018) . There will be music, snacks, and artwork on display.
