Banned Book Club

Banned Book Club meets the third Tuesday of every month at Tempest Lounge, 913 MLK Way, Tacoma.  We exclusively read books that have been Banned or Challenged, usually at schools or school libraries.  Each month, the selected book is available for purchase at King's Bookstore.  To see what we're reading this month, go to the main Events page.  NOTE: Must be 21 to go to Tempest, or accompanied by an adult.  To see a list of the most frequently challenged books of 2010,  click here.  If you're on Facebook, like our Page.  If you have questions, please email sweet pea for more information.
